RETURN-EXCHANGE-REFUND INFORMATION
Due to the nature of our products and health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not offer returns or refunds.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
PROCESSING TIME
Processing times are in place regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. If your order is placed after 3pm GMT, your order will begin processing the next business day.
For Ready To Wear Wigs- On Hand: Please allow 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.
For Ready To Wear Wigs- Custom: Please allow 10-14 business days to construct your unit and prepare for shipment
For Hair Extensions: Please allow 5-7 business days to process and prepare you order for shipment.
SHIPPING TIME
For Standard Shipping- 3-5 business days.
For Priority Shipping- 2 business days
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Your tracking number can take up to 48 hours to update in the USPS system. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after processing time has expired, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Shipping costs and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if an inaccurate or incomplete address are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they may hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. At checkout you have to option to add insurance to your orders. Insurance will be the value of your order minus and shipping, taxes, and fees.
