Refund/Exchange Policy

Due to the confidence in our products there will be absolutely no returns or refunds. Please be sure of your purchase as refunds are not offered under any circumstances.  We do offer exchanges ONLY if you have received an incorrect order. If you have received an incorrect order, please notify us via email immediately so that we can address the concern. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer both ways. If a package has been lost/stolen, please initiate a claim with your local post office to have the matter investigated. All packages are shipped with signature confirmation and will not be left without a signature. 

In order for your order to qualify for a correction the item(s) MUST be unaltered, in factory perfect condition (for sanitary reasons). For example:

No lace has been trimmed or cut from the unit.
No Adhesives or tape have been applied to the unit.
Hair has not been cut, trimmed washed, dyed, permed, curled, flat ironed, combed or finger combed.
Tags and original packaging are intact.
No water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied to the unit.
